What Birth Should Really Feel Like
At her true nature, a woman’s process of giving birth is actually meant to be an orgasmic experience. The same hormones and sensations that are felt during sexual intimacy are invoked during the process of childbirth.
We only really know of birth as a painful and excruciating process because the women who are giving birth are still carrying a lot of trauma in their bodies or are in a sterile hospital environment that causes tension leading to a painful birth experience.
The more a woman is able to release conditioning around shame the more attuned to her body she will be and the more likely her birth will be ecstatic or orgasmic.
