What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is the art of diving deep into the subconscious mind into an altered state of consciousness to create awareness of inherent beliefs and patterns, with the objective of creating a positive change. Hypnotherapy is hypnosis that involves the client's active participation by answering questions and interacting with the hypnotherapist. When you are under hypnosis, you are in a dreamy trance like state, though fully aware of everything. Hypnosis takes you into the theta and delta brain wave states that are associated with deep meditation, memory, deep sleep and healing.

The Subconscious Mind

The majority of human behavior consists of unconscious actions that arise from the subconscious mind, rather than the conscious mind. Subconscious behavior is automatic and conditioned and doesn't necessarily involve conscious choice or awareness; actions like driving a car, brushing your hair, and how you react to scenes in a movie are automatic. They are thoughts and emotions that are on autopilot, based on repetitive patterns (the more often you have repeated them, the more easy it is to continue repeating them) and upbringing, and even epigenetically inherited through your ancestral DNA. Since they are on autopilot, they may not really be exactly how you would like them to be. Your thoughts and emotions create and shape your reality so it is of the highest importance to maintain control over them and choose the most beneficial ones. Many people don't think this is even possible because of how long they may have been operating on conditioned beliefs and ingrained patterns, but it totally is. When you dive deep into the subconscious mind through hypnosis, you are able to uproot hidden traumas and anchored belief systems you may not even have known were there. This causes massive shifts in your behavior and, at a quantum energetic level, in your life experience itself. Life seems to be more seamless, and you attract more luck, healthy relationships and abundance.

Scientific Proof and Success Stories

Hypnosis has been known to help people quit long standing addictions like smoking cigarettes for 30 years within 1-2 sessions, help people heal physical illnesses, help people cure extreme depression, and even help people remove unexplainable phobias linked to childhood traumas or even past lives.

There are documented studies by hypnotists such as Dr. Ian Stevenson, Dr. Helen Wambach, and Dr. Brian Weiss in which the clients recounted past lives with historically verifiable data that was later checked and found to be true.

I have personally witnessed miraculous transformations in which clients have developed greater self confidence and have gone from believing they couldn't manifest a relationship to having plenty of options arrive at their door.

When a client undergoes hypnosis, it creates a neural rewiring of the brain's synapses. The hypnotist gives the client the suggestions agreed upon before each session during a trance state that then alters the habitual thought or action the client is trying to change. Because the brain is neuroplastic, it is then rewired through the suggestions to meet the client's goal.
